Since joining the firm in 2019, Johnny Richardson or “Johnny” which he prefers to be called brings with him over 20 years of sales experience. Although he has been in real estate since 2018, his career sales volume exceeds $31 million. Their passion for real estate and helping others, have led them to create an innovative mentoring program—that was just launched in August 2020—to train up and coming new real estate agents to run their own businesses. Johnny and Katie are also involved in Operation Underground Railroad, a national non-profit organization to assist victims to get out of underground sex trafficking. They also contribute to CARE Complex to help others get out of homelessness.
