This soon to be husband and wife team are rockin' it in real estate here in Las Vegas. As featured recently in the Real Producers Magazine that features agents who "are for and about real estate's top performers - the small, yet powerful group of agents who dominate their local market". The Richardson Group is with a brokerage firm called Platinum Real Estate Professionals, who has been a recipient of the Best of Las Vegas Gold Winner for five consecutive years in a row 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020. Since joining the firm in 2019, John Richardson or "Johnny" which he prefers to be called, brings with him over 20 years of sales experience. As a professional realtor since 2018, his career sales volume exceeds $31 million. Alongside with him is his beautiful fiance, Katie Meadows, who began her career in real estate after receiving her bachelor’s degree in business at the University of Phoenix in 2019. Starting out early in their careers, they each have earned accolades in recognition of their passion for real estate. Johnny was honored for top closing agent in sales volume, top closing agent in units, top listing agent, highest volume of units sold, and top real estate agent for units sold. Katie was also named as Rookie of the Month and recognized for being a "rising superstar" in real estate. What do this dynamite duo have that makes them so successful especially early on in their careers? Johnny will tell you their main ingredients are ethic, drive. and determination. With a smile, they both will agree that they are like workhorses. They rarely take days off and understands if the other one has to work on a Sunday. Their passion for real estate and helping others, have led them to create an innovative mentoring program--that was just launched in August 2020--to train up and coming new real estate agents to run their own businesses. Johnny and Katie are also involved in Operation Underground Railroad, a national non-profit organization to assist victims to get our of underground sex trafficking. They also contribute to CARE Complex to help others get out of homelessness.
