When Ed Hellmuth embarked on his journey into real estate over twenty years ago, he brought with him a wealth of corporate business experience that prepared him for a successful career as a Realtor. Ed’s experience includes executive level finance positions as senior vice president for a top American airline company and coordinating mergers and acquisitions for a New York-based law firm. Since 2004 Ed Hellmuth has ranked among the top 1% of producing Realtors in the Las Vegas area and earned a designation as a Certified Relocation Specialist enabling him to assist hundreds of families with all aspects of the often stressful and emotional process of relocation. He has earned numerous awards and accolades for his professionalism, integrity, technical analytical ability, marketing techniques, and exemplary customer care. His most prized achievement is an award from the Better Business Bureau of Southern Nevada, which presented him with its Golden Apple Award in 2006. This was the first time the BBB had recognized an area Realtor for his superior services with this coveted award, and to date; the only Real Estate professional to have been so honored. Ed joined forces with Lorie Borges in 2014 to form the Hellmuth Borges team. Lorie and Ed share a deep passion for the real estate industry and a mission to provide their clients with extraordinary customer service which they have established with a diverse clientele for over eight years and have proven their unique talents through the attention to detail, strong negotiation and problem- solving skills.
